Question story orientation preference

Hello

I'm new in "twine world" and i'd have a question about the my orientation story.

I'm not plan to put any graphic into my story but only text based but of course, there're will have story's choice etc.....

So my question is: It is okay if i don't put any graphic or illustration into my story?

Also my story will contains somes nudity but no sexual things inside it is allowed if i upload my story on the site?

Whether you want any graphics to appear in your story is all up to you. Whether you are or are not allowed to post pornographic content will depent entirely on the guidelines of whatever site you'll upload your game - Twine itself won't put any restrictions onto you regarding any of this.

About the language, am i allowed to post it in two different language as french i'd like first to post it in french and after later translated it in english it is possible?

It's your story - you can write it in whatever language you want, even a made-up one. Whether you are allowed to post a game written in this language will again depend entirely on where you want to upload it. This here is just a Q&A site to ask questions. You can't post any stories on this site at all. A popular site to upload would be philome.la where you can post stories with adult content, with or without graphics and written in whatever language you want. Another option would be itch.io  - once more you can post adult content, games with or without graphics and written in whatever language you want.
