Dialogue box

Question

Hello, I wish to make a dialogue box in sugarcube 2 but I do not know where to begin.  Something like this.

See the highlited post of mine that starts with, "OK, here's a much simpler version of that code."  The image in the original question shows you what the dialog box should look like when using that code.
