Twine 2.1.3 not working properly

Question

I downloaded and installed Twine 2.1.3 for Windows (64bit). No error messages. When I run the exe all I get is a blank window with two menus - Twine and Edit. The first has Show Library and Quit options, the other has the usual cut/copy/paste/undo. Doesn't seem to be anything I can do with it... am I being thick? are there pre-requisites that I don't have? Twine 1.4.2 seems to be working OK.

When you say a "blank window", do you mean that there is no side-bar containing buttons/options on the right hand side of the application's window?

This is odd. Did you try deleting and reinstalling the application? It's possible that something happened during the install that corrupted it.
