How to host a twine story in Weebly?

This is very important. I just found that my neocities site has been blocked by my school. BIIIIGGGG OOOOF. So I'm using Weebly to host it. I know there must be a way to do this. Every other website hoster is blocked and google sites doesn't seem to do what I need it to do. Please halp. :(

 
All I to do is find a place I can host my html file, even if it's outside of Weebly. Might make that a separate question.

Tor, VPN are ways around this.

Alternatively go contact your schools administrator and ask for an exception certificate / protocol to unblock the Weebly url.

Yeah sure, but I can't work on it at school. Also it's neocities that's blocked, not weebly.
